Tech ecosystems live or die from the support of tech hubs, investors, educators, and governments as entrepreneurs and companies innovate and launch meaningful products. With the right conditions and forward momentum, these ventures need access to a community of skilled talent to deliver and rapidly scale. We believe the EngineerKit platform addresses the demand for retaining local skilled software talent, at scale, through equipping mentors with an out-of-the-box approach to 1) create customized learning and development pathways for their mentee or teams to reach success and independence as they contribute in their software roles and to 2) mold an interdependent culture where everyone in the organization has a shared responsibility for the growth and success of those around them as they align with the goals and desired outcomes of the organization.

Simply Binary, a software consulting company based out of Greenville, has sponsored the Carolina Code Conference every year since the conference inception. Simply Binary strives to support the Greenville tech community by being actively engaged hosting meetups, sponsoring community lunches, and sponsoring our conference. We’ve also recently launched our very own product, Slipstream! Our goal is to help small businesses curb the chaos of their current process organization (or lack thereof) by streamlining current processes to be more automated, repeatable, and reliable.
